Reflexology is a form of 'alternative' or 'complementary' therapy and involves a method of treatment using massage to reflex areas found in the feet and the hands. Most commonly, the feet are used as the areas to be treated. From ancient texts, illustrations and artifacts we know that the early Chinese and Egyptians worked on feet to promote good health.

About me -
I trained as a Reflexologist in 2007 with the Bayly School of Reflexology. Since then I have been practising reflexology part time whilst raising my family.
I have always had a passion for fitness and well-being, I was drawn to reflexology because of the benefits it provides and the way it helps to maintain the body’s equilibrium. I have treated many clients over the years and I have a high success rate with alleviating pain and helping with diverse conditions such as crohn's disease, sciatica, fertility issues and diabetes. I feel it is important that my clients understand all the aspects of healthy living including exercise, a healthy diet and how reflexology works to complement this lifestyle. This gives me a great sense of professional satisfaction and happiness.
Having a child of your own is one of the most enriching experiences that a couple can have. However, an increasing number of couples are finding it difficult to conceive. Having completed the Seren Fertility Reproflexology course, I specialise in treating couples who are trying to conceive and can also support them by using Reflexology during assisted conception, IVF and IUI. Reflexology can help to support the medication throughout the process and has tangible results.
